1. Overview
Stream Live Media provides professional live streaming and video production services for weddings, funerals, corporate events, and private functions.
By booking our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
2. Booking & Payment
A booking is confirmed once a non-refundable deposit (typically 50% of the total fee) has been received.
The remaining balance must be paid no later than seven (7) days prior to the event date, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Failure to make final payment may result in cancellation of services.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
If a client cancels:
• More than 14 days before the event – the deposit is non-refundable.
• Within 14 days of the event – 75% of the total fee is payable.
• Within 48 hours of the event – 100% of the total fee is payable.
For funeral services where scheduling changes may occur, reasonable efforts will be made to reschedule subject to availability.
4. Live Streaming & Technical Limitations
Live streaming relies on external internet services, mobile networks, venue infrastructure, and power supply.
Stream Live Media is not responsible for disruptions caused by:
• Internet instability
• Mobile network outages
• Power interruptions
• Venue restrictions
• Weather conditions
• Circumstances beyond our reasonable control
While backup recordings are typically captured, uninterrupted live broadcast quality cannot be guaranteed due to factors outside our control.
Refunds will not be provided for disruptions caused by third-party services or network limitations.
5. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to:
• Provide accurate event details
• Ensure venue permissions are obtained
• Inform attendees that live streaming is taking place
• Provide suitable access to power and operational space
Delays caused by client-related issues or venue restrictions may impact service delivery.
6. Overtime
If the event exceeds the agreed service duration, overtime fees may apply. Overtime is charged at the agreed hourly rate and is subject to crew availability.
7. Equipment & Safety
Stream Live Media reserves the right to cease operation if equipment or crew safety is compromised.
Clients are responsible for any damage to equipment caused by guests, venue staff, or third parties during the event.
8. Intellectual Property
All footage captured remains the intellectual property of Stream Live Media unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Clients are granted personal usage rights for viewing and sharing.
Commercial usage, redistribution, editing, or modification requires written permission.
9. Recording Storage
Event recordings are stored for a limited period (typically 30–90 days unless otherwise agreed).
Clients are responsible for downloading and securely storing delivered files.
Stream Live Media is not liable for data loss after the storage period expires.
10. No Guarantee of Specific Moments
While every reasonable effort is made to capture all key moments, Stream Live Media does not guarantee the capture of any specific individual, speech, or moment during the event.
11. Limitation of Liability
Stream Live Media’s total liability is strictly limited to the amount paid for the services provided.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the event or broadcast.
12. Force Majeure
We are not liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:
• Natural disasters
• Government restrictions
• Illness
• Equipment theft
• Unavoidable technical failure
13. Privacy
Stream Live Media respects client privacy. No footage will be publicly shared without written consent.
14. Amendments
Stream Live Media reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
